How to delete your account

In the app: open Settings → Delete my account…, read what will be deleted, type DELETE and confirm.

On the web: go to getsleevr.com/delete-account, sign in with the Google account you use in Sleevr, type DELETE and confirm.

By email: write to bottledhate.com@gmail.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it.

Your account is deleted 7 days after you ask. If you change your mind, sign back in during those 7 days and choose Keep my account. After 7 days the deletion is permanent.

What is deleted

Your Sleevr sign-in (account)
Your chat profile, username, display name and profile photo
Your chat messages and the photos you shared in chat
Your friends list
Your encrypted cloud copy used for phone–web sync (records and files)
Your assistant usage count

What is kept

Data on your own phone or browser stays there unless you choose to erase it (the app offers this when you delete your account). Uninstalling the app removes it from that phone.
Backups in your own Google Drive stay in your Drive; you can delete them there.

Nothing else is kept after the 7 days.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

Individual items: delete any check-in, journal entry, event, document, person or note in the app; with sync on, it's deleted from the cloud copy too.
Chat messages and photos: delete them from the conversation in the app.
Or email bottledhate.com@gmail.com and tell us what to delete (for example, your whole encrypted cloud copy while keeping your account); we'll do it within 7 days.
