Sleevr

Sleevr Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-v1 · Effective October 2, 2026 · Applies to the Sleevr app for Android and the website at getsleevr.com

The short version. Sleevr is a personal record you keep for yourself. It isn't medical or legal advice. What you record or export may be used in a claim or dispute, so keep it honest and complete, and talk to your lawyer before deleting anything if you have a claim.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Sleevr you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. The app asks you to agree before it stores anything, and again when these terms change in an important way. Each feature that sends your records off your phone (the AI assistant, web sync, Google Drive backup, Google Calendar and community chat) asks you separately before it's turned on. Sleevr keeps a record of which version you agreed to and when.

2. What Sleevr is, and isn't

3. Your records

4. Recording other people

Many places, including Illinois, require everyone in a conversation to agree before it's recorded. Sleevr asks you to confirm that every time you record a conversation, but it can't make a recording legal. Getting everyone's agreement is your responsibility.

5. Community chat

6. The AI assistant

The assistant can be wrong. Check anything important. It only drafts emails and texts; you read them and tap Send yourself, and anything you send is your own statement, not Sleevr's.

7. Plans and payments

Sleevr is free to use. Some features may later need a paid plan (Premium or Plus). If they do, prices and what's included are shown in the app before you buy, and payments are handled by Google Play under its terms. While Sleevr is in testing, paid features are free.

8. Who can use Sleevr

You must be 18 or older to use Sleevr. You need a Google account to use the website, chat and the features that connect to Google.

9. No warranty

Sleevr is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be error-free, or keep your data from being lost. Keep your own backups of anything important (the app can back up to your Google Drive and export a PDF log).

10. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sleevr and its maker aren't responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the outcome of any claim, dispute or medical decision, arising from your use of Sleevr. If we are responsible for something, our total responsibility is limited to the greater of what you paid for Sleevr in the 12 months before, or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Sleevr at any time and delete your account in the app or at getsleevr.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

12. Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the version and date at the top. For important changes, the app will ask you to agree again before you keep using it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
